Ingredients for a 6 slices pizza

- 1 zucchini
- 3 tbsp barbeque sauce
- 4 slices smoked turkey
- 200g . mozzarella
- 100 gr . gruyere
- 1 teaspoon chopped herbs (oregano , mint , rosemary )
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt

Directions

- Cut the zucchini into four and then in the middle.
- Sprinkle with olive oil, add salt and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and spread the barbeque sauce.
- Add turkey, cheese and herbs .
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
