- 50 g grated coconut
- 100 g butter
- 20 g cocoa (about 2 tablespoons)
- 40 g sugar
- 3 g of vanilla (about 1/2 teaspoon)
- 150 g oats
- 10 g cold water (about 1 tablespoon)

Directions

- Place the grated coconut on a plate.
- Put the butter, cocoa, sugar, vanilla, oats and water in a large bowl and mix with either a wooden spoon or with a hand mixer.
- Mix well and mold 24 truffles.
- Roll the truffles in coconut and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
