Those of you who allready follow me on Instagram (@gabnikolaidis) know how excited I was to receive my very own CoolArtisan-Nutella a few days ago! So my weekend mission was to make the most amazing brownies with that Nutella! This super fast recipe only needs 4 ingredients but you can make it even stronger using my extra optional ingredients, coffee and salt!
Ingredients
1 cup Nutella (280g)
2 eggs
½ cup white chocolate chips
10 tbsp plain flour
Pinch of salt (optional)
1 tsp instant coffee, finely ground (optional)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease α baking pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the Nutella and eggs. Add the salt and coffee.
Mix in the flour until it is just incorporated, then stir through the white chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake for about 15 minutes, until the center is just set and the edges begin to crack.
Allow to cool before cutting.
