Strawberry ice pops are my favorite sweet summer moments. Usually I do not follow the recipe below and I simply mash the strawberries in a blender and then freeze in the special cases. This way I can enjoy the most refreshing sorbet without feeling guilty.

- 250 gr. strawberries washed
- 2 tsp. tablespoons sugar
- 2 tsp. tablespoons liqueur (or orange triple sec)

- Wash strawberries, cut the stems and put them in a blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients and beat all together in the blender.
- Hand out the mix in special cases and transfer it in the freezer.
- Ice pops will be ready after 2 hours

Tip: You can follow the same recipe for all summer fruits like peaches, melon, apricots, even watermelon.
