500 gr. sweet potatoes
1 quince
5 small onions for stew
1 carrot
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup water
Directions
Put the olive oil in a pan. Cut the potatoes into small pieces, the quinces into thick slices and carrots in rounds. Peel the onions. Put all ingredients in the pan, add the juice from the orange and lemon, salt and pepper. Finish with a glass of water.
