Orange and Halvas Moist Cake

Ingredients

250 gr. flour, for all purposes
200 gr. fresh orange juice
Zest of 1 orange
150 gr. granulated sugar
100 gr. olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
400 gr. halva vanilla (1 pack )

Directions

Beat the oil and sugar, to make a smooth mixture, add the juice and the zest and continue beating. Cut the halva in cubes and add to the mixture . Stir and add the cinnamon. Slowly add the flour.

Transfer the mixture in a well greased ,pan and bake in preheated oven 170°C for about 1 hour.
