- 1/2 cup. 1/4 cup. 1/2 cup. 1 tsp 500 g.

- In a deep skillet heat the olive oil and saute the meat for about 8-10 minutes.
- Add the vegetables, onion, garlic and carrots and let them draw their own perfumes.
- Add wine, sugar and cinnamon.
- Add the diced tomatoes and 1 liter water.
- Let it for 1 hour.
- Towards the end, add salt and pepper.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the pasta
- Pour it into a pan.
- On top put the meat and drizzle with the sauce.
- The sauce should cover the pasta.
- If it evaporates during boiling add hot water over the pasta.
- Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 40 minutes.
- Ten minutes before removing from the oven add the cheese cut into cubes.
