200 g. dark chocolate
200 g. chestnuts cooked and cut in small pieces
80 g. butter
40 g. liqueur
300 g. white chocolate for coating

- Melt the chocolate with the butter, In a double boiler.
- Add the chestnuts, stir and then pour in the liqueur.
- Let the mixture cool down and then mold small balls.
- Let them rest in the fridge.
- Melt white chocolate and cover the truffles in it.
- Let them stand on a grease-proof paper.
