- 85 gr. brown sugar
- 100 gr. butter

Directions

- Sift the flour, salt and baking soda a into bowl.
- In another bowl put raw and brown sugar.
- Add the butter and beat with a hand mixer until you have a creamy and homogenized mixture.
- Add the egg and vanilla and beat until well absorbed by the mixture.
- Add flour and mix on low speed .
- Finally add the oatmeal.
- Mix gently with a spatula.
- Preheat oven at 160 ° C, in air.
- Arrange tablespoons of the mixture onto silicone bake sheet.
