For the cheese sauce

- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon full fat greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons dill
- 1/2 tablespoon mint
- Lemon zest
- Salt
- Pepper

Directions

- Wash and finely chop the herbs.
- Stir with whisk the cream cheese along with the yogurt.
- Add dill, mint, lemon, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.

For the Bagel
Ingredients

- 1 Bagel
- 100 gr. smoked salmon
- 2-3 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic

Directions

- Cut the bagel in two pieces and lightly toast it in the toaster. You may grill it in the oven for 7-8 minutes.
- Grate the garlic in the bagel, sprinkle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cheese sauce.
- Add the salmon slices and finally add mustard and mint.
