First of all, never attempt to swim with your stomach full. Having said this, when you go to the beach, I know you have to take something nice with you to eat for lunch, though only after you have already completed your dives to the sea. Sandwiches are the best option because they will beat your hunger and they are practical: you need no dishes or cutlery to use, indeed! If you are going to spend a full day in the beach, wait to completely digest your lunch before going back inside the seawater, d’ accord?
