Mexican minced meat and cheddar cheese tortillas that melts in the mouth. Perfect with cool yogurt sauce. See here the video:

Ingredients
For tortillas-

- 6 tortillas ,
- 150 g. cheddar cheese, grated ,
- 100 g. mozzarella cheese, grated ,
- 200 g. minced meat AV Fresh to Go ,
- 1 onion, chopped ,
- 100 ml dry wine ,
- 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped ,
- 3-4 tablespoon oil ,
- 2 tablespoon parsley ,
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco ,
- salt, pepper

- 1 yogurt 2% fat ,
- 2 full tablespoons light mayonnaise ,
- 1 teaspoon mustard ,
- 1 tablespoon olive oil ,
- 1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika ,
- 1 extra handful of chopped dill ,
- salt, pepper
Instructions
For tortillas-

- In a non-stick pan heat oil and saute minced meat with onion, by stirring. ,
- Quench with wine. ,
- Add tomatoes and cook over high heat until liquids evaporate. ,
- Flavor with parsley. ,
- Let minced meat cool. ,
- Add cheese and tabasco and stir well. ,
- Share mixture in tortillas and wrap in rolls.
