- Combine the almonds, dried apricots, coconut flakes, melted coconut oil, and matcha powder into a food processor ,
- Blend until well-combined. This should only take 30 seconds to one minute. ,
- Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Continue doing this until the mixture has finished. ,
- Keep in the refrigerator.
