For cheese base

- 1 egg ,
- 4 tablespoon yogurt ,
- fresh oregano, chopped ,
- salt, pepper

- Peel and cut onions into small cubes. ,
- In a saucepan put the remaining ingredients over high heat. ,
- Once butter and sugar melt, put in the onions, mix well and sauté on high heat for 10 minutes. ,
- After 10 minutes, and when liquids have evaporated, low heat. ,
- Continue to cook, stirring more and more often, until onions get a nice color. This can take 15-20 minutes. ,
- Let them cool.
For cheese base

How to set the tart up
