For the dought
250 gr. flour for all purposes
125 gr . butter at room temperature
100 gr . yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead a bit to make a big ball. Divide into two pieces and press it with the palms. Wrap with cling film and leave in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Roll out with a rolling pin and bring it to a tart pan. Cut the edges of the tart and slightly pierce with a fork. Leave it in the refrigerator and get the filling ready.
Bake the tart dough for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
For the filling
10 asparagus cooked
250 gr. grated cheddar
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
Place the asparagus in a dish, season with salt and pepper and add the olive oil. Spread the grated cheese over the tart and add the asparagus. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
