VEGAN CHOCOLATE SALAMI

Whoever tried this dessert could not tell whether it was vegan or not! It tastes exactly like the real thing but it’s all plant based! Perfect for your detox diet!

Ingredients

  • 500 gr dates, seedless
  • 200 gr hazelnuts, or nuts of your choice
  • 3 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp. raw cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • powdered sugar, to coat

Instructions

  • Start by placing the nuts in the food processor. Beat for 1 minute, until the nuts are crushed.
  • Then add the remaining ingredients apart from the sugar.
  • Beat for 3-4 minutes until a dough is formed.
  • Form the salami with the mixture using your hands.
  • Coat with the powdered sugar.
  • Store in the fridge.
