TAPERAKI PROJECT| LAGANA AVOCADO SANDWICH

Clean Monday’s leftovers are the best for next day’s lunch box!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lagana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1 radish
  • 1 tablespoon black olives
  • 1 tablespoon pickles
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt + pepper, at will

Instructions

  • Cut in half lagana.
  • Cut the avocado in half, peel it, slice it and put it over the half lagana.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and add salt and pepper.
  • Add the sliced tomato and the rest of the ingredients.
  • Cover with the other lagana and serve.
