Clean Monday’s leftovers are the best for next day’s lunch box!
- 1/4 lagana
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 tomato
- 1 radish
- 1 tablespoon black olives
- 1 tablespoon pickles
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt + pepper, at will
- Cut in half lagana.
- Cut the avocado in half, peel it, slice it and put it over the half lagana.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and add salt and pepper.
- Add the sliced tomato and the rest of the ingredients.
- Cover with the other lagana and serve.
