Right before or after summer vacays, nobody wants to get in the kitchen and spend hours cooking… Neither do I! That’s why I made this pasta recipe that only asks for one pan and few ingredients. Each simple pasta owes its flavor to the quality of the raw ingredients. Therefore I used organic tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and coarse salt from Seacrets Inspirations.
- Bring ingredients to boil
- Lower heat and cook for 15 minutes or until the pasta is al dente
- Serve on two plates and add the grated cheese.
