One-Pan Pasta Recipe

Right before or after summer vacays, nobody wants to get in the kitchen and spend hours cooking… Neither do I! That’s why I made this pasta recipe that only asks for one pan and few ingredients. Each simple pasta owes its flavor to the quality of the raw ingredients. Therefore I used organic tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and coarse salt from Seacrets Inspirations.


  •  Pasta (of your choice) for 2 persons
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Seacrets Inspirations
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt Seacrets Inspirations
  • 1 sausage sliced
  • 300 g organic cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1 clove garlic, cut into thin slices
  • pepper (depending on your tastes)
  • fresh basil
  • 100g grated gruyere for serving


  • Add all ingredients in a big pan, except from cheese
  • Bring ingredients to boil
  • Lower heat and cook for 15 minutes or until the pasta is al dente
  • Serve on two plates and add the grated cheese.
