Oats, pear and apple smoothie

This is not another smoothie instead of a breakfast. The four different fruits that it contains are full of vitamins, fibres and minerals. The dates reduce the cravings for desserts preventing you from dietary faux pas during the day. Finally, the oats make the final result thick, helping you to stay fuller for longer! What else to ask for? The ingredients are enough for 2 glasses!

  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 lemon (its juice)
  • ¼ of a cup oats
  • 5 dates
  • ½ of a glass water


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
