I love the energy balls. They are made in no time and are kept for several days.
It’s there when you need something sweet but do not over load you with calories
- 100 gρ dried figs
- 20 ml honey
- 80 gr pistachio
- Beat the figs with the honey in the blender until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Peel the peanuts and then break them coarsely in a mortar.
- Transfer them to a bowl and roll them well until they are covered from all sides.
- Store them for up to 2 months.
