Σήμερα συνδυάζω ζουμερή, βελούδινη σοκολάτα με τραγανό apple crumble. Μήλο, σοκολάτα και κανέλα ενώνονται σε ένα υπέροχο γευστικό συνδυασμό.
For the brownies:
200 gr margarine with butter, cut into pieces
300 gr couverture, cut into large pieces
2 large oranges, zest
4 big eggs
350 gr sugar
100 gr flour for all uses
50 gr cocoa
For the apple crumble:
5 red apples, cleaned and cut into pieces
50 gr coconut butter, melted
100 gr oats
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 180ºC and lay a greaseproof paper in a round baking pan with a diameter of 22 centimeters.
Put the margarine with butter, couverture and orange zest in a non-stick cookware and slowly stir in a low heat, melt the mixture until it is softened - do not over heat it. Use a double boiler for convenience.
Let it cool down.
Beat the eggs and sugar together in the mixer (wire) until the mixture becomes light, double and stays a little on the mixer wire.
Gently blend with the cold chocolate blend.
Sift through the flour and cocoa and mix.
Place the mixture in the pan.
In a bowl, mix apples with oats, coconut oil and cinnamon.
Spread the apples over the chocolate pie.
Bake in a well preheated oven at 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes
