- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 tablespoon honey
- Beat avocados, cocoa and honey in a blender, until a homogenous mousse.
- Serve in a glass.
- You can taste it directly but the mousse will be fluid. It is better to let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours before enjoy it.
