  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 tablespoon honey


  • Beat avocados, cocoa and honey in a blender, until a homogenous mousse.
  • Serve in a glass.
  • You can taste it directly but the mousse will be fluid. It is better to let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours before enjoy it.
